Teaser Video

A teaser video was created to set the tone for this inaugural event and was used in digital campaign applications. Bright imagery, fast-paced transitions and music were incorporated to build excitement around AwesomeFest. This teaser video was featured on all Eastmark social media outlets and was the most watched Eastmark video of all time.

Event Logo

The campaign began with the development of event branding, which included a hand drawn logo, modern font and exciting color palette. An Eastmark banner, as well as the signature triangles, were incorporated to tie the AwesomeFest logo together with the overall Eastmark branding.

A suite of print materials was designed to both promote the event beforehand and hand out to attendees at AwesomeFest. Bold headlines such as “Say you were there” and “Open at your own risk” created excitement and intrigue, while setting the tone for the event itself.

To help guide attendees through all of the awesomeness at AwesomeFest, an event program with map was developed. Event and sponsor information was included as well as a specific call to action to encourage AwesomeFest attendees to return for the Awesome Home Tour at Eastmark.

A series of digital applications, including a landing page and e-blasts, were designed for a teaser campaign. The teaser campaign was staged to build excitement for the event over a 4 month period. All applications were created to generate buzz and encourage attendance.

Promotional Signage

Leading up to AwesomeFest several pieces of signage were designed and installed to promote the event. The custom-made chalkboard displayed a hand-drawn marketing message and was then used in a live hand-lettering performance at the event. Large-scale triangular structures were created to display teaser headlines for the teaser campaign and then additional information for the main event's promotional campaign.

AwesomeFest Attendance

The entire AwesomeFest event was a huge success, with well over 4,000 people in attendance. Attendees of all ages enjoyed the awesomeness of the event well into the night.
