This year’s theme was “70 Years At Play.” Images of Symphony musicians were artistically blended with various downtown Phoenix locations to highlight their connection to education, patronage, economic impact, world-class support, and health and wellness programs as a driver of the downtown cultural resurgence.
The 2015/2016 Phoenix Symphony Season Brochure featured a “fun” theme with imagery and unexpected experiences highlighted throughout. A sequined, orange bow tie was used all over the brochure as a symbol of all the various ways to have fun at the Phoenix Symphony. Experiences that might seem unexpected at the Symphony were also accentuated to promote the theme of the season. Along with all the “fun,” the brochure also presented the repertoire and performances for the upcoming season as well as information about becoming a subscriber.
