The identity program for SunCor highlighted the variety of projects and diverse environments of their business. From golf courses and master-planned communities to large-scale mixed-use developments, SunCor truly understands the “art of place.”
This comprehensive standards document includes SunCor corporate identity standards as well as separate subbrand identity standards documents for each SunCor residential community and commercial property.
Basic brand guidelines such as size, color palette, fonts, sizing, merchandise, business system and email signature applications were included in this comprehensive manual.
A standardized corporate business system was created with the brand identity correctly applied. Each division was distinctly identified through a color coded system.
The SunCor Golf business system followed the same general design as SunCor Corporate, using the green from the corporate color palette to create the appropriate differentiation.
The SunCor Homes business system followed the same general design as SunCor Corporate, using the blue from the corporate color palette to create the appropriate differentiation.
The theme “Live, Work, Play” highlighted SunCor’s three product categories: residential, commercial and golf development. Original photography brought the concept to life.
This custom presentation was designed to house the branded company overview with project page inserts highlighting residential, commercial and golf properties. A pocket in the back of the portfolio allowed their yearly financial overview to be included.
